PHYSICAL PRODUCT FAQs

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All designs are copyrighted and designed by our in house team. We take pride in crafting unique designs tailored just for you. While we pour our creativity into every design, we partner with a trusted printing company to ensure high-quality printing and seamless delivery. 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Our Products are print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, returns and exchanges are generally limited to situations where there are damages of packages or errors on our end.  On the off chance that this does occur, please reach out within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your item so that we can work to resolve the issue for you.

How fast will I get my product? Typically it takes 24hours from submission for your product to enter production. The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted using standard service shipping. These Production days are on TOP of the days it takes for shipping to arrive to you. You will receive shipping notifications and tracking as soon as your item has shipped.

Our shipping offered is standard shipping with estimations of: 

USA*Shipping up to 2 – 5 business days
Canada Shipping up to 10 – 30 business days
Australia Shipping up to 10 – 30 business days
Rest of the World Shipping up to 10 – 30 business days

Why Does the Color look different on screen than the printed product? The colors shown in our listings may vary slightly depending on the screen from which you view them on. This is due to visual devices such as phones and monitors digitally enhancing to fit your screen as well as your personal brightness and resolution settings.  Additionally, the graphics may appear slightly larger or smaller than the photos provided depending on what size shirt you order.


I Like a Design but would like it on a different product - Do you do that?  If you love a design and would like to see it on something else (hat, sweatshirt, hoodie, tank, blanket, pillow, bag, etc) feel free to email anamcaragraphics@gmail.com and we will be happy to try and assist. 

Do you do custom designs?
YES! We do custom designs all the time. Please email us at: anamcaragraphics@gmail.com with what you would like and we will respond promptly with a price quote and timeframe for completion. All custom work is required to be paid for prior to beginning work. 

 
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD FAQs

How do I download my files?

There are 2 ways you can download your files. 
1) A download link will be provided after payment is completed. 
2) A followup email is sent to you with another download button.

Can I Edit/ change the words and fonts? 

All files are "artwork" There are no font alterations, all design fonts have been converted to outlines. Only the Customizable PDFS such as first/last day of school chalkboards have editable sections in them  (see descriptions for details) Designs with "openings" are for you to personalize with your fonts in your software. 

 

Can you please tell me the name of the font? I would like to match some additional info.  

Being that the majority of our designs are word art with fonts, we are so sorry but we can’t share the font names. Doing so has unfortunately burned us in the past :(

YES! We do custom designs all the time. Please email us at: anamcaragraphics@gmail.com with what you would like and we will respond promptly with a price quote and timeframe for completion. All custom work is required to be paid for prior to beginning work. 

Can I use these Files to Sell Items?

All designs are for PERSONAL USE ONLY for the creation of physical Items only.
