PHYSICAL PRODUCT STORE POLICIES

Returns & Exchanges

  • We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
    Our Products are print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, returns and exchanges are generally limited to situations where there are errors on our end. 
  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or with a misprint, please contact us within Three (3) days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We'll gladly offer a replacement or refund. 
  • Wrong Item/Order:
    If you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us within Three (3) of receiving your order with photos of the item. We'll gladly offer a replacement or refund. 
  • Buyer's Remorse:
    We cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, such as if you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong size/color. Any Personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Return Conditions: Returned items must be in their original condition, meaning unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact and must be returned within 30 calendar days from delivery.
  • Return Address:
    If a return is necessary, please contact us first to receive instructions on how to return the item. 
  • Refunds:
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received in its original condition and inspected. 

    EU/UK Right of Withdrawal:
  • 14-day Period: If you're are buying from us for shipment to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you are entitled to the 14-day "cooling off period" or "right of withdrawal" during which they may return an item for any or no reason. Please contact us immediately for instructions for returning. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD STORE POLICIES

All products are digital in nature - meaning there is no physical product mailed to you. A download link will be available once your payment is confirmed as well as an email sent with an additional download link. A maximum of 6 downloads is allowed. Link to Digital downloads will expire 12 months after purchase. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us at: anamcaragraphics@gmail.com

Returns & Exchanges 

Since all files are delivered digitally, we do not accept returns, exchanges or Cancellations, but please contact us at: anamcaragraphics@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order. You are responsible for knowing what files are compatible with your software so please make sure PRIOR to making your purchase.  

Shipping

All of our items are digital files and are available for download once payment is confirmed. You will receive a link to download your files as well as receive an email with an additional download link.

If you are requesting a customized design, time for completion will be communicated for all custom orders. We require prepayment before any custom order is designed. 


Terms of Use

All designs are sold for PERSONAL USE ONLY for the creation of physical items only.

Personal Use means You ARE authorized to: 

  • Use these designs in part or in whole for your personal projects.
  • Alter design elements, re-size, subtract and add them to design your own personal projects.


Personal Use means You are NOT authorized to: 

  • Sell any physical items using any design(s) for resale or distribution.
  • Redistribute, share, resell or alter to redistribute or resell in any way (digitized embroidery is also not allowed)
  • Alter, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from our designs for the purpose of resale or distribution in any format.
  • Print the designs for sale or distribution via internet, retail locations or any other venue or market.
  • Use the design to produce items for commercial use and re-sale on Etsy, Ebay, or any other retail outlet including craft fairs. 
  • Use them on website pages without protecting the image from being copied.


If you would like to sell items using our designs, a commercial license is required for each design.

No design file is included with the license, Designs must be purchased separately. This license is non-transferrable and not refundable. See All License options.

Commercial Use means You ARE authorized to:

  • Sell up to the Quantity amount of the license purchased for physical products only (aprons, signs, vinyl lettering, t-shirts, etc.) using the design. See individual license options for quantity limits. 
  • You may make edits, change the text, colors etc. but may not claim the design as your own.  No credit to AnamCara Graphics, Inc. is required, but it is always appreciated.  *Please note that this design will still remain available to the public for personal and commercial use by the seller. *
  • You may use the design images on your website or online store, however a watermark must be used or images must be displayed at a low quality to prevent the designs from being traced.

  • PLEASE NOTE: These files are craft supplies /digital designs (Trademark Category 09) and intended for personal use only. Legal use of these files commercially on end products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser/end user to ensure they are not applying it on any media that is in violation of any Trademark(s).

Commercial Use means You are NOT authorized to:
A Commercial License does not transfer the copyright. All copyrights remain with Anam Cara Graphics. Designs can not be claimed as your own. No credit to AnamCara Graphics, Inc. is required, but it is always appreciated. 

  • You may not resell, distribute, or transfer these digital files to anyone. If you have any questions, please ask!
  • These files may NOT be digitized for embroidery UNLESS the final product being sold is a PHYSICAL embroidered product. Digital embroidery files may not be sold commercially.
  • Uploading to print on demand websites such as (Teespring, Redbubble, Zazzle, Cafepress, Amazon, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
  • The buyer may not at anytime claim these files as their own artwork, resell these files or distribute any files included in this purchase.
  • You cannot share any files, even as a freebie.
  • Each license is non-transferable. It can not be transferred/given to anyone else.
  • You may not upload our products to any file sharing websites for any purpose.
  • You may not use these designs for any harmful, pornographic, racial or offensive material.
